Settings explained
Writing voice
Tell ThoughtKeeper how you like your written words to sound.
In the app: Settings → Writing voice
Describe your preferences in ordinary language
Use the text box for tone, spelling, paragraph length and phrases you prefer or want to avoid. Be specific enough that you could check a draft against your instructions. Press Save preferences to keep the changes.
These preferences guide new copy in Write. In Writing tools, turn on Use my saved writing style preferences when you want them applied to that preview. Editing this setting does not rewrite existing notes.
Try this
“Conversational and direct. British spelling. Short paragraphs. Avoid hype and exclamation marks. Use my own stories where relevant, and don’t invent experiences.”
Give the app examples as well as instructions
In a note, select This sounds like me to approve a writing example. A few clear examples give the app a useful reference for your language. Use in my copy separately approves experiences and ideas as source material.
