Everyday use

Your Personal library and Write

Choose which experiences and writing examples can shape new copy.

In the app: Personal library / Write

Approve the right material

Open a note and use the two reuse choices near the bottom. You decide what belongs in your library; saving a private note does not automatically approve it.

Use in my copy
Allows the note’s experiences, ideas and facts to be used as source material for new writing.
This sounds like me
Marks the note as an example of your tone and language. Use this for wording you would be happy to sound like again.
Remove approval
Turn either choice off to stop that use in future drafts and exports. Copies you already downloaded or shared are not recalled.

Write from your own experience

  1. Approve a few useful notes and writing examples.
  2. Open Write and describe the audience, purpose and type of copy you want.
  3. Review the draft and its source notes. Check facts, edit the wording and copy the finished result when ready.

Try this

“Draft a short introduction for my course page, using my experience of starting a business. Keep it conversational and direct.”

Good to know

Export approved library produces a reusable reference pack of approved material. It is not a complete backup of every private note or original recording.
