Everyday use
Find a thought again
Search your own notes by words, meaning or date.
In the app: My notes → search / Ask your notes
Search in your own words
Use the search and filters in My notes for a title, phrase, category or date range. For a question, use Ask your notes or ask in Talk. Try describing the idea rather than remembering the exact wording.
Answers link back to source notes. Open those notes to check the details. If an answer is incomplete, broaden the date range or try a more specific question.
Try this
Try “What did I say about pricing the new course?” or “Find the idea about making onboarding easier”.
Good to know
Private notes can be found by you without being approved for reuse in copy. Research searches outside sources and has its own permission setting.
